On this page I will explain the cookies used on this site.

A cookie is a small file on your computer that contains a variable usually a number or a word, a cookie usually does nothing or I should say can't do anything.
The only thing that happens with a cookie is that when the website the cookie came from is opened the information that is in the cookie is sent to the server.

I use two cookies on this site,
One for better pageview counting (this one only stays on your computer for 10 minutes).
And another one to keep people logged-in(this one stays till you log off).
