Finally after a few years of being blocked from the Japanese pangya server, I can finally play it again thanks to VPN.

In other news I'm making good progress on my new flash application, and I foresee that it will completed within the next few weeks, I also fixed a bug I came across.

After a long wait I finally got to play the next chapter in my all time favorite RTS series Red Alert 3, but it was quite a disappointment here is a list of the reasons.

1 First of all there are these stupid support powers which would have been a good point if there was a disable option.

2 A lot of good things from ra2(Yuri's Revenge) like the unholy alliance for instance and the no super weapon option.

3 The cut scenes are no way near the quality of those from the old series, and revolve mostly around boobs or that's just me.

4 Boris is gone he was awesome and needs to return in the expansion Boris Revenge where he together with Yuri and the Tanja from that time line use his mighty tank slaying AK47 to revive Einstein and travel to this world to correct it.

5 No single serial LAN games, this is fortunately easily fixed in the registry.

6 I miss the old fog of war and radars.

7 Units are stupid Tanja got eaten by a single dog and she didn't have a hold fire command.

8 There is also no LAN co-op

9 I hate these new menu screens they don't fit Red Alert.

10 And if you have to make a game 3D include a good zoom function preferably one like in Supreme Comander or at least one that gives us some overview.

11 Include proper network card support I need to use Hamachi for a LAN game.

Now let me say in a closing statement that this game is not bad its not as good as any of the old Westwood RTS games but its not bad game, the empire is a good addition with its transforming units and awesome commando Yuriko Omega, its like the Garfield movie its funny but it's not Garfield.

To conclude this rant this failing to keep an awesome game series awesome as well as all the bugs that were in spore I have completely lost my faith in EA.

First of all, Yay my homepage has scored over 800 pageviews, now that that is off my chest.

Like many other artist it's now my turn to be cursed with an creative block, and a lot of school related work, this basically means I have not modeled or animated anything in the last couple of weeks.
But on the bright side I did get some inspiration to create a new flash application, its a quiz like application to help learn Kanji, well so far only the level 4 Kanji (that about 80 of them) but its a good start.

New updates have arrived, first of the home page now contains a function that shows the last forum updates, I also changed the amount of blog entry's on the main page from 5 to 2 and added a page where old entry's can be read.

Goes off to animate again.

Yay I reached 600 pageviews on my home page.

Also I'm finally done with cleaning up and ordering all my data.

And I made a small update to the mechanics of my image viewer.
